What you’ll do
As a support engineer you will be responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to our customers. You will also help them with Daktela onboarding. This could be a great first step into an IT career, with plenty of opportunities for growth.
You will:
- Technical consultations, customer support and Daktela implementations for new and existing
customers in Serbia - Troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
- Daily cooperation with the Serbian country management and the central Support team
- Active role in the development and implementation of Adriatic market strategies
- Communicating customer feedback and requirements to the development team
Your experience and skills
- A desire to learn new things
- Strong customer orientation
- Technical background
- Telco experience, IT customer support an advantage
- Experience with Linux operating system an advantage
- Experience and understanding of VoIP and SIP an advantage
- Good communication skills
- English at a communicative level
- Working with AI tools, basic AI knowledge
