ChatGPT is coming to Daktela’s contact centre solution

At Daktela, we believe that artificial intelligence (AI) is the future of contact centres. That’s why we’re thrilled to be one of the first companies to integrate ChatGPT, the AI language model, directly into our platform.

Thanks to the GPT 3.5 turbo version, we can now access other developers through its API interface and offer our customers a range of improvements. Our integration of ChatGPT will revolutionise the way contact centres handle incoming requests and communicate with customers, making it faster and more efficient than ever before.

Our first implementation focuses on summarising communication threads, so users can easily keep track of agent and customer conversations. No more reading through endless emails and text communications! This means agents can navigate the system quickly and provide customers with the right information faster.

But that’s not all! We’ve added new functionalities to improve, accelerate and automate text communication. Daktela Contact Centre allows agents to simply list the points they want to convey to the customer. GPT-3.5 will then automatically expand the list into a complete prescribed email with all the formal and communication requirements. Plus, agents can now mark any sentence and have it rewritten in a different style, for example, to sound more formal or friendlier.
