Daktela UK Ltd is delighted to announce that we have now joined as members of the UK Contact Centre Forum, and we look forward to taking an active role within the group.
The UK Contact Centre Forum comprises of six regional user groups, and provides a platform for Call Centre and Customer Service professionals to meet and share ideas at a local level.
The Forum holds online Webinars, Monthly Executive Club meetings and Networking Seminars, and presents the latest customer contact thinking and strategy – while the Contact Centre Monthly publication acts as an online resource for the customer service community. Daktela plans to contribute to both the Forum and the online Monthly publication, with articles and comment.
The Forum website features the latest industry news, incentive ideas, events listings, team and individual profiles, articles on strategy and technology, plus much more, and Daktela will provide information, views and resources, to help promote not only the Forum, but Daktela and our products in this exciting industry that we all know and love.
