NWR are at the forefront of selling renewable energy solutions to the domestic market and have been a Daktela customer since 2018. Based in Kent they operate a small predictive dialler provided by us to contact their customers and prospects alike.
Although only a small team of less than 10 people they use the latest predictive dialler technology to reach out to thousands of prospective customers each month with spectacular results.
They utilise the Daktela system in conjunction with a Mobile gateway provided by ourselves allowing them to wirelessly connect users to our system and make outbound calls without investing in long term and expensive fixed line connections.
