Campaigns

Daktela’s campaign module allows easy import of phone numbers, including a clear web-based configuration of the callscript that will be displayed to operators. The current status and performance of campaigns, including the work of operators, is recorded in real time and displayed in clear statistics and reports. Both manual campaigns and campaigns with automatic predictive dialing are supported.

Easy to create a callscript

With Daktela, you can create a new campaign callscript in minutes. First you create items, which are fields on the callscript, and then drag&drop them to the right place in the callscript. Finally, you can check the callscript in the preview.

Predictive, progressive, and preview

You can choose a different dialling method for each campaign. Daktela allows you to set up different ways to dial calls, which can be changed while the campaign is running. Campaigns support preview (manual), progressive or predictive dialing.

Campaign data imports and exports

Data imports and exports to campaigns can be done in XLS, CSV or API format. You can export entire callscripts or just certain fields based on a number of filters you set. We can also deal with duplicates during import.

Call recording and subtitles

Daktela offers recording of campaign calls, including online listening of ongoing calls via a web interface. Recordings can be searched and played directly in the web interface. We also allow bulk downloads of recordings.

Database of numbers in campaigns

We’ve tried to make managing phone numbers in campaigns easier and clearer. In Daktele, you can create multiple phone number databases for each campaign and specify which database the phone number belongs to when importing new phone numbers. You can have multiple active databases in your campaigns at the same time. Databases in campaigns can be deactivated. Suspending the database is useful in cases where there is poor affordability or worse sales.

Integration with external systems - CRM, BI

The Daktela platform offers a programmatic API for integration with external systems. In the case of active call centers, customers most often use Daktela API to automatically import data into campaigns, get results after an operator calls or download call recordings. Some customers download raw call, operator and campaign data from the Daktel platform for further processing and analytics. For example, you can use a ready-made connector to Keboola Connection.
