What you’ll do
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will become the guardian of our products' quality. Your task will be to ensure that only perfectly tuned software reaches users.
You will:
- Test and verify the functionality of our applications and search for even the smallest bugs.
- Be in charge of bug management – you will not only find bugs, but also report them and work closely with developers to resolve them.
- Work with the QA team to ensure that every part of the application is covered and that nothing takes us by surprise.
- Create and manage test plans to ensure that our testing makes sense.
- Gradually enter the world of automated testing, learn its principles, and participate in its creation.
Your experience and skills
- Analytical thinking: You can think about things in context and anticipate where problems might arise.
- Basic technical knowledge: You know what the software development life cycle is and are familiar with IT terminology.
- Carefulness and patience: Testing is sometimes detective work that requires concentration.
- Communication skills: You are not afraid to approach a developer and discuss why a given feature is not working as planned.
- Eagerness to learn: The world of QA is changing rapidly, and we are happy to support you in your development (e.g., toward automation).
