What you’ll do

We’re looking for an organized team player who will be the driving force behind our back-office operations. If you enjoy keeping things in order, are familiar with the telecommunications industry (or are eager to dive right in), and love finding ways to streamline processes using modern technology, you’re the person we’re looking for.

You will:

  • Actively manage customer licenses (add and remove them as needed and update billing accordingly)
  • Process orders, handle complaints, and ensure timely shipment of equipment to customers.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in our CRM and billing systems.
  • Prepare and manage contracts (e.g., for number porting) and set up customized add-on services.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to address operational requests.

Your experience and skills

  • Active and heavy usage of AI tools.
  • You have a practical mindset (you can quickly get up to speed on operations and see tasks through to completion).
  • You can communicate professionally and clearly with both customers and colleagues.
  • Czech or Slovak at the C2 level, English for communication within global processes.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry or managing CRM/billing systems is a major advantage.
