How do we envision you?

  • Excellent communication skills and written expression
  • Proactive approach to clients
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to define and break down detailed requirements
  • Comfortable creating technical specifications
  • Knowledge of modelling in UML/BPMN
  • Ability to present solutions
  • Experience as an IT analyst (or similar), at least 2 years
  • Advanced English – B2 level

Nice to have, but not essential:

  • Ability to manage small development projects in addition to analysis
  • Experience in the field of contact centres or customer care
  • Knowledge of German

  • Gathering and specifying customer requirements
  • Analysing customer processes and optimising them based on the use of Daktela software
  • Creating functional specifications for proposed solutions
  • Describing integration interfaces between customer systems and Daktela
  • Consulting and subsequently optimising our clients’ processes
  • Participating in tenders and other presale activities of the company
  • Working with the company's most important customers
