What are we looking for in you?

You have:

• Experience in leading and developing a technical team (ideally in technical support)
• A technical background
• Strong customer focus
• A proactive approach
• Knowledge of Linux, VoIP, and ITIL is a big advantage
• English at B2 level or higher

What will you be doing here?

• Leading and developing the L2 Support technical team
• Managing capacity, task planning, work organization, and prioritization
• Collaborating on the direction of Daktela’s entire technical support
• Managing internal projects
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports
