What awaits you with us?

  • Providing technical support for our key customers
  • Resolving incidents and development requirements
  • Analysis, debugging, monitoring and performance tuning
  • Technical consultation with customers, solution design and implementation

What you should have:

  • Experience in technical support for customers
  • Technical background
  • Knowledge of working with Linux OS
  • General knowledge of networking
  • Knowledge of VoIP and SIP a great advantage
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to communicate at a professional level
  • Independence
  • English at a communicative level
