What you’ll do

As a Support Engineer at the L2 team you will be responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to our biggest Czech customers. You will be a Daktela professional, specializing in voice solutions and scripting, and will work as a senior consultant with customers.

You will:

  • Provide technical support to customers and manage Daktela instances.
  • Resolve incidents, service requests and change requests.
  • Perform analysis, debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions — you will analyse customer needs, propose the best approach, and fully drive the implementation.
  • Participate in customer development projects.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions as part of customer projects.

Your experience and skills

  • A solid technical background — Linux, networking, databases, and ideally also VoIP/Asterisk.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • High motivation to learn new things.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Active use of AI tools.
