For example, you can configure the integration to create a bug report task in a development list in ClickUp as soon as a support ticket is categorized as a "Bug". The new task is pre-filled with key information from the ticket, including a direct link back to Daktela for easy reference.
The integration is configured using Daktela's powerful Triggers system combined with an HTTP action. You will need an API token from your ClickUp account.
In Daktela, you create a trigger for a ticket event (e.g., "Ticket Created" or "Ticket Status Changed"). The trigger's action is set to "Send HTTP request," where you configure the ClickUp API endpoint for creating a task and map the Daktela ticket fields (like title, description, etc.) into a JSON body.
