Connect Daktela to ClickUp through the Daktela Integrations platform for bidirectional synchronization between tickets and tasks. Comments, assignees, status, priority, due dates, and custom fields stay in sync as changes happen on either side, in near real time.

Key Features:

• Two-Way Sync: Updates in Daktela push to ClickUp and, via webhooks, updates in ClickUp push back to Daktela.
• Automatic Task Creation: New tickets in a mapped Daktela category automatically create a paired task in the corresponding ClickUp list.

• User Pairing: Daktela and ClickUp users are matched automatically by email address.

Setup Overview

Setup is handled through the Daktela Integrations platform (Hub) by an administrator. You'll need a Daktela Integrations account and a ClickUp API user, with matching email addresses on both sides.

Connect your ClickUp workspace via OAuth, then create sync configurations pairing Daktela ticket categories with ClickUp lists, map the relevant custom fields, and register the webhooks that let ClickUp changes flow back into Daktela.
