Interviews

The process may vary slightly by role and team, but it usually includes two rounds. For some positions, we may also add a role-specific assessment, such as a short skills test, coding task, or role-play exercise.
Step 3

Decision

After your interviews, we’ll get back to you. If it’s a match, you’ll get an offer. If not, we’ll still share feedback – and who knows, our paths may cross again.

Your first day starts with our HR team, who will guide you through a Daktela hands-on onboarding training. You’ll get to know our company, how we work, and what values and principles we live by.
