What will you be responsible for?
- Full onboarding of new Daktela customers, including technical setup
- Customer consultations and design of tailored solutions
- Managing and executing implementations from kickoff to final delivery
- Supporting customers during the post-implementation “hypercare” phase
- Ensuring proper implementation and delivery within agreed timelines
What should you bring to the role?
- We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual with customer communication experience, who wants to move closer to IT
- Strong customer orientation, ideally with a background in customer care
- Excellent organizational skills, focus, and efficiency
- Great communication abilities
- A technical background or basic IT knowledge is a big advantage
- English at a communicative level, both spoken and written
