This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls contacts and orders from your K2 ERP system into Daktela.
The sync is one-way (K2 → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes. This provides your agents with the latest customer and order data directly in the Daktela interface, enabling more informed and efficient conversations without needing to switch between systems.
Setup is performed by a Daktela technician. You will need to provide the URL for your K2 instance, along with a dedicated username and password.
The technician will then configure the integration in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations and map the required data fields.
