This integration connects your K2 ERP system to Daktela via a REST webservice connection, letting you route K2 data into a chosen Daktela CRM database.
Where your K2 setup supports it, imported orders can also be synced into a selected Daktela CRM record type, giving your agents relevant context directly in the Daktela interface without switching between systems.
Key Features:
In Manage > Integrations, open K2 and select your target CRM Database (and, if syncing orders, a CRM Record Type for the imported orders). Then enter your K2 Webserver URL (format: http://instance.k2.cz/restservice) along with a dedicated Username and Password for the connection.
