What will you do?

  • Work at a fast-growing tech company – we grow by 30% each year and offer plenty of career growth opportunities.
  • Work with modern technologies – VoIP, Linux, cloud solutions, and AI automation.
  • Customer support and VoIP PBX management – help clients resolve technical issues.
  • Analysis and debugging – monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
  • Preparation and configuration of contact centers – set up systems for new and existing customers.
  • Consultations and solution design – communicate with customers and implement efficient solutions.
  • Collaboration on development projects – participate in the implementation of innovations and improvements.

What do we expect from you?

  • Technical thinking and analytical skills – you enjoy solving technical challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Experience with Linux or networking – knowledge of networks, Linux, VoIP, or SIP is an advantage.
  • Basic programming knowledge is a plus – if you’ve done any scripting, that’s great!
  • Good time management and communication – you’ll handle multiple projects and customer requests.
  • Reliability and motivation – we’re looking for someone dependable and eager to improve continuously.
  • English at least at B2 level.
