What you’ll do

As our HR Manager, you will take full ownership of HR operations at Daktela. You will ensure that every stage of the employee journey is seamless and that our company culture remains our key value. Working within a small, agile, and highly effective HR team, you will act as a trusted partner to our employees and management.

You will:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Take ownership of all contract-related administration.
  • Act as a trusted partner for management and the primary go-to person for all our employees.
  • Drive change and transformation to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all internal guidelines and contracts are fully compliant with the latest labor law requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and provide regular reporting.
  • Prepare all monthly payroll inputs, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Keep the company informed about important news and updates.
  • Organize internal meetings, team-buildings, and various company events.

Your experience and skills

  • Active and heavy usage of AI tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, handling various parts of the employee lifecycle.
  • A "get things done" mindset - you have to be able to roll up your sleeves and handle the daily operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Czech labor law.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High ownership, resilience, and a coaching mindset.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Czech or Slovak at C2 level.
