We’re Hiring: Recruiter (Part-Time, Temporary)

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to strengthen our small but energetic HR team and support us with hiring. This is a temporary role for approx. 6 months on a part-time basis (around 50%).

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish job postings
• Actively source candidates and reach out via different channels
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and schedule meetings
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and support them in the recruitment process
• Take care of candidates throughout the process and help us maintain a strong employer brand

• You already have experience in recruitment and know how to organize your work effectively
• You don’t shy away from a fast-paced environment
• The role is part-time with flexible working hours – you can plan your schedule around your needs
