This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls contacts, companies, and deals from your Pipedrive CRM into Daktela.
The sync is one-way (Pipedrive → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes. This ensures your agents always have the latest customer and sales pipeline information directly within the Daktela interface, allowing them to provide faster and more relevant service.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate your personal API token within your Pipedrive account.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter the API token to authenticate and then map the required data fields.
