Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a PHP developer to join our Enterprise team – the team that takes care of Daktela's most important customers. Your main task will be to create integrations between Daktela and other customer systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems) and develop custom product extensions according to their specific requirements.

We are looking for someone who can think in context, understands business needs, and can translate them into high-quality code. We are not looking for a superhero – all you need is the desire to do things well, learn new technologies, and collaborate with other teams across the company.

What awaits you here?

• Collaboration in the Enterprise team with an analyst, project manager, and other colleagues
• Communication with customers – consulting on their requirements, proposing solutions, and subsequent implementation
• Development and modification of integrations between Daktela and customer systems
• Custom development on the Daktela platform according to the specific needs of enterprise clients
• Collaboration with other teams across the company (Sales, Infrastructure, Management)

What you should bring to the table:

• Willingness to learn, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude and initiative
• Communicative level of English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with development in PHP and OOP, Javascript, HTML
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on business logic
• Independence in communicating with customers
• Basic knowledge of Linux environment
• Experience with REST API and familiarity with documentation
• Experience with using Bootstrap on the frontend – an advantage
• Experience with debugging
• Experience with static analysis (PHPStan) – an advantage
• If you’re switching from another language (C#, Java, Ruby, etc.), it’s not a dealbreaker
• Czech or Slovak at C2 level
