What awaits you with us?

  • Technical support for customers and management of PBXs
  • Resolving incidents and requests
  • Analysis, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
  • Preparing PBXs and contact centres for new customers
  • Technical consultation with customers, proposing solutions and their implementation
  • Participation in implementation and development projects for customers

What you should have:

  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Experience with IT customer support is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation
  • General knowledge of networks and network protocols
  • Experience with Linux operating system is an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in VoIP and SIP are an advantage
  • Experience with light programming and knowledge of call centre issues are an advantage
  • Good communication skills, professional demeanour
  • Independence
  • English at a communicative level
