As a part of our Global Expansion strategy, we are looking for a Delivery & Support VoIP Engineer. At Daktela we are the disruptors of a $24B contact center industry. Our cloud powered contact center solution is changing the way our customers service their customers. It allows companies to easily process customer requests across many native communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or social media. Our goal is to provide our customers with a complete all-in-one contact center solution including telecommunication and consulting services. Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide technical consultations, deliver installations and support to new and existing customers of Daktela in Bulgaria
  • Provide technical consultations, deliver installations and support to new and existing customers of Daktela Global’s other branches (HU,PL,SL, SRB, UK, RO or UAE)
  • Daily cooperation with Country Manager RO and Support HQ team
  • Weekly reporting to Country Manager RO/DAG
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggest enhancements for Daktela system

Required:

  • Work experience in IT, VoIP and/or Telecom solutions
  • Linux work experience
  • MySQL work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of telecommunication industry (required)
  • Knowledge of call center industry
  • Experience with light programming or scripting is an advantage
  • Bulgarian (native), English (fluent) – must – Romanian (conversational) is an advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good communication skills
