As a part of our Global Expansion strategy, we are looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager.

At Daktela we are the disruptors of a $24B contact center industry. Our cloud powered contact center solution is changing the way our customers service their customers. It allows companies to easily process customer requests across many native communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or social media. Responsibilities and duties:

  • Drive the early phase of contacting and build relationships with new customers (cold mailings/cold callings, coordinating appointments, ensuring participation in events).
  • Search for new leads with given tools
  • Monitor and research general market developments.
  • Research customers and their current activities.
  • Implement of CRM processes (data updating).
  • Very close cooperate with Key Account Managers Team

Required:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development/sales position (preferably IT consulting/telco/contact center).
  • To have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with business specialisation.
  • To have process-orientated thinking, analytical skills & excellent communication.
  • To be fluent in English
  • To be open to occasional travel.
