Interactive Workshop: "Practical Implementation of AI ChatBot and VoiceBot for E-commerce"

We will present the key features and capabilities of the Daktela platform and demonstrate how it can automate customer service using AI ChatBot and VoiceBot.

AI ChatBot and VoiceBot Setup (30 minutes):
During this segment, we’ll select one participant and create an AI ChatBot and VoiceBot from scratch, based on the most frequently asked questions from their website. The entire process will take approximately 30 minutes and demonstrate how easy it is to manage these tools, alleviating any concerns about their implementation.

Testing and Live Demo (20 minutes):
Participants will have the opportunity to test the ChatBot directly via WebChat using their phones or by calling the VoiceBot. During the testing, we will display bot performance statistics and metrics in real time on the platform.
