Setup Overview

Create an API token at id.atlassian.com. In Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations > Jira > Configure, enter your Atlassian instance URL, the API token, and your Jira account email, then click Authorise. Choose the Jira project, issue type, and map ticket stages and priorities. Map Daktela ticket categories and custom fields to Jira fields, and optionally enable activity and comment sync.

To make the sync two-way, enable the Activate webhook option, create a matching webhook in Jira at yourcompany.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/webhooks with the relevant Jira Software events enabled, and enter the webhook's secret token plus the Daktela ticket category for tickets created from Jira.
