What will you do?
🔧 Customer support and VoIP PBX management – help clients resolve technical issues.
📊 Analysis and debugging – monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
📞 Preparation and configuration of contact centers – set up systems for new and existing customers.
💡 Consultations and solution design – communicate with customers and implement efficient solutions.
🚀 Collaboration on development projects – participate in the implementation of innovations and improvements.
What do we expect from you?
✅ Technical thinking and analytical skills – you enjoy solving technical challenges and finding effective solutions.
✅ Experience with Linux or networking – knowledge of networks, Linux, VoIP, or SIP is an advantage.
✅ Basic programming knowledge is a plus – if you’ve done any scripting, that’s great!
✅ Good time management and communication – you’ll handle multiple projects and customer requests.
✅ Reliability and motivation – we’re looking for someone dependable and eager to improve continuously.
✅ English at least at B2 level.
