What Can You Expect?

• Customer consultations and tailored solution proposals
• Full onboarding of new Daktela customers
• Managing and executing implementations from start to finish
• Supporting customers during the "hypercare" phase after Daktela deployment
• Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of implementations

What Skills Should You Bring?

• A technical background (basic IT knowledge)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer orientation and an efficient work approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS and networking is an advantage
• Communicative level of English
