What you’ll do
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new customers through the setup and go-live of Daktela. You’ll design the right solution, configure the platform, and ensure a smooth launch. Because onboarding is the foundation of the entire customer journey, your goal is to help customers reach value from the Daktela platform as quickly as possible.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new Daktela customers, including technical setup and configuration.
- Consult with customers, understand their needs, and propose the right solution design.
- Manage and implement the onboarding process from the initial call to a successful go-live.
- Support customers during the hypercare phase to ensure a smooth transition and quick value.
- Take ownership of correct implementation delivery and on-time completion.
Your experience and skills
- High motivation to learn new things.
- Excellent organisational skills, efficiency, and a performance-oriented approach.
- Experience in customer communication and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Technical background or basic IT knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Communicative level of English.
- Active use of AI tools.
