What will the workshop "Practical Implementation of AI ChatBot and VoiceBot for E-commerce" involve?
Introduction to the Daktela platform, overview of its main features and possibilities it offers for automating customer service through AI ChatBot and VoiceBot.
Setting up AI ChatBot and VoiceBot (30 minutes):
- In this part of the workshop, we will select one participant for whom we will set up an AI ChatBot and VoiceBot from scratch based on their website's FAQ section.
- The entire setup process will take approximately 30 minutes, during which we will demonstrate how easy it is to manage these tools and eliminate any concerns about their implementation.
Testing and live demonstration (20 minutes):
- Participants will be able to test the ChatBot directly on WebChat via their phones or by calling the VoiceBot.
- While participants are testing, we will show real-time statistics and bot performance on the platform.
