This integration connects AristoTelos workforce management with Daktela, syncing agents' real-time states with the shift plan so planned and actual working time can be compared directly in AristoTelos.
Key Features:
In AristoTelos: create a client application (Settings → Client Applications), enable access, copy the Client ID, add the API_UpdateAgentStates permission for the Global unit, then generate a Client Secret and copy it immediately — it can't be retrieved again later.
In Daktela: go to Manage → Integrations, open AristoTelos and click Configure. Enter a title, your AristoTelos Instance URL, the Application ID and Client secret, then click Activate.
Finally, in AristoTelos, map each employee's “External System 2 ID” to their Daktela login, and set up external employee states (Login, Logout, Ready, plus any “Not Ready” states matching Daktela) so real-time status syncs correctly.
