Sloneek HR

This integration automatically imports approved employee absences from Sloneek HR into Daktela Workforce Management (WFM), keeping shift planning aligned with your HR system without manual work.

Employees are matched between Sloneek and Daktela by email address, and absences are synchronised automatically every hour.

Key Features:

• Automatic Hourly Sync: Approved absences are pulled from Sloneek and kept up to date throughout the day.
• Schedule Collision Detection: If an employee is on approved leave during a planned shift, WFM automatically adjusts or splits the shift and notifies administrators.
• Absence Type Mapping: Map Sloneek absence types (e.g. holiday, medical leave) to the corresponding WFM request types for a clear, consistent calendar.
• Vacation Fund Tracking: Imported absences count towards the employee's vacation fund, tracking utilisation across manual requests and other integrations alike.

Setup Overview

You configure this integration yourself, directly in the WFM interface — no Daktela technician required. Go to Settings > Integrations > Applications, add a new integration of type Sloneek, and enter your Sloneek Client ID and Client Secret (both stored encrypted). After saving, map the imported Sloneek absence types to the corresponding WFM request types.
