Generic OAuth 2.0 SSO

This integration enables secure Single Sign-On (SSO) by connecting your Daktela instance to any Identity Provider that supports the standard OAuth 2.0 protocol.

It is ideal for connecting to custom identity systems or third-party providers that do not have a dedicated out-of-the-box integration, such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, and many more. This ensures centralized user management, enhanced security, and simplified login for your agents.

Configuration Overview

The configuration takes place in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations. The process requires obtaining several key pieces of information from your Identity Provider application configuration:

• Authorization URL: The endpoint where users are redirected to log in.
• Access Token URL: The endpoint where Daktela exchanges the authorization code for an access token.
• User Info URL: The endpoint where Daktela can retrieve the logged-in user's data (such as email and first name).
• Client ID and Client Secret: Credentials for your application.

Once the connection is configured and the fields are mapped, each user must have the Generic OAuth 2.0 authentication method assigned to their Daktela profile.
