Connects Daktela with your Microsoft 365 tenant via a registered Azure AD application, allowing secure sending and receiving of emails through your company mailboxes without sharing IMAP/SMTP passwords.
Key Features:
In Azure (portal.azure.com), copy the Tenant ID from Entra ID, then register a new application under App registrations and copy its Application (client) ID. Under Certificates & secrets, create a new client secret and copy its value. Under API permissions, add the application permissions Mail.Read, Mail.ReadBasic, Mail.ReadBasic.All, and Mail.ReadWrite for incoming mail plus Mail.Send for outgoing mail, then click Grant admin consent.
In Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, create the Azure configuration with the Tenant ID, Application ID, and Client secret. Then go to Settings > Queues, open each relevant email queue, and set the Incoming Mail Server Protocol to AzureAD GraphAPI Tenant, select the configuration, and enter the mailbox's login name (usually its email address).
