Azure Email Tenant Application

Connects Daktela with your Microsoft 365 tenant via a registered Azure application, allowing secure sending and receiving of emails using your company mailboxes.

Setup Overview

1. Register a new Enterprise Application in your Azure tenant.
2. Assign Mail.Send, Mail.ReadWrite, and offline_access API permissions.
3. Add the Application ID and Tenant ID in Daktela under Manage > Integrations > Email.
4. Use the authenticated mailbox in your queues.
5. Go-Live Speed: Approx. 30–60 minutes, depending on admin access and Azure approval.
