This out-of-the-box integration connects your WooCommerce store with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customers and companies.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (WooCommerce → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, keeping your address book always up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate a REST API key in your WordPress admin panel under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API. This will provide you with a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your store's URL, the Consumer Key, and the Consumer Secret to authenticate the connection.
