Pinya HR

This integration automatically imports employee absence records from Pinya HR directly into Daktela Workforce Management (WFM), keeping shift planning and leave tracking in sync with your HR system.

Employees are matched between Pinya HR and Daktela by email address, and absences are synchronised automatically on an hourly basis — no manual entry required.

Key Features:

• Automatic Hourly Sync: Absence records (start/end dates, employee, type) are pulled from Pinya HR every hour via a scheduled job.
• Absence Type Mapping: Map Pinya HR absence types (e.g. Holiday, Sick day) to the corresponding WFM request types for consistent labelling in schedules.
• Schedule Collision Detection: When an imported absence conflicts with a planned shift, WFM automatically adjusts the shift and notifies administrators.
• Vacation Fund Tracking: Imported absences count towards the employee's vacation fund utilisation, keeping leave balances accurate.

Setup Overview

You configure this integration yourself, directly in the WFM interface — no Daktela technician required. Go to Settings > Integrations > Applications and complete the Pinya section with your Pinya Base URL, Tenant ID and Access Token (optionally excluding working-time absences and setting a past/future date offset). Then map the imported Pinya absence types to the corresponding WFM request types.
