The Staffino integration enables you to collect CSAT and agent performance feedback after calls, emails, or web chats. It helps improve service quality, motivate employees, and gather feedback across multiple channels.

### Setup Overview

This is an event-based custom script integration made specifically for each customer. The customer must define which activities should be sent to Staffino (based on type, queue, or other attributes).

Activities can be sent in real-time after completion or periodically using a cron job. Staffino then handles the communication with the customer. If needed, the collected scores can be synced back to CRM Records in Daktela and linked with specific activities. Agents can also have a custom widget that displays their scores.

This integration is implemented on: **Packeta**, **Mall.cz**.
