This out-of-the-box integration connects your HubSpot CRM account to Daktela, letting you map HubSpot fields to your Daktela CRM database.
Once connected, the mapped customer information is available to your agents right inside Daktela when handling calls or tickets — no manual lookups, no switching between systems.
Key Features:
In HubSpot, go to Settings > Integrations > API key to generate or copy your API key (this requires super admin access on the HubSpot account). Then, in Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, click Configure under HubSpot, select your target CRM Database, paste the API key and your HubSpot instance URL, and click Authorize. Finally, map the HubSpot fields to your Daktela CRM fields and click Activate.
