What you’ll do
You will:
- You will be primarily responsible for manual testing of our web application, including related products: desktop applications, mobile applications, and integrations.
- You will become a key part of the release process. From the release of the RC to the final release, you are the one who says, “This is ready for customers.”
- You’ll maintain our set of test scenarios, keep it up to date, and add new features and issues we’ve encountered in practice.
- When a tricky ticket comes in to support, it will be sent back to you after development fixes it. Your task is to verify that the fix is effective and the problem doesn’t recur.
- You’ll also gradually get involved in automation using Playwright; we have an existing test suite that you’ll help expand.
- Here, you won’t be given a checklist and a stopwatch. We expect you to figure out how to test a given feature on your own—creativity and independent thinking are key for this role.
Your experience and skills
- A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility, and a team spirit (a positive attitude and initiative are key for us).
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven development: You view AI as a “partner” that frees you from routine tasks, but at the same time you are aware of the risks and understand that you are responsible for safe and functional code (no mindless copying).
- Communicative proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Czech or Slovak at a native speaker level (C2).
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
