This integration connects Daktela with the Nicereply customer satisfaction platform, allowing you to automatically trigger and send surveys after support interactions.

Measure customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), or Customer Effort Score (CES) by sending a survey as soon as a Daktela ticket is closed. The feedback you receive is directly linked to the specific ticket and agent, providing valuable insights to improve your service quality and agent performance.

Setup Overview

The integration is configured using Daktela's powerful Triggers system combined with an HTTP action. You will need an API token from your Nicereply account.

In Daktela, you create a trigger that activates when a ticket's status is changed to "Closed". The trigger's action is set to "Send HTTP request," which sends the ticket and customer data (like name and email) to a unique Nicereply webhook URL. Nicereply then automatically dispatches the survey to the customer.
