This out-of-the-box integration connects your Billingo invoicing account to Daktela, letting you map Billingo data to your Daktela CRM fields.
Once connected, the mapped customer information is available to your agents right inside Daktela when handling calls or tickets — no manual lookups, no switching between systems.
Key Features:
In Billingo, go to Settings > API Connection > API V3 and create a new API key. Then, in Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, click Configure under Billingo, select your target CRM Database, paste the API key and click Authorise. Finally, map the Billingo fields to your Daktela CRM fields and click Activate.
