The Daktela MCP Server connects AI assistants like Claude and Cursor directly to your Daktela Contact Centre data via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), giving them structured access to tickets, calls, emails, chats, contacts, CRM records, campaigns, and real-time agent data.

Key Features:

• Broad Data Coverage: 43 read-only tools span tickets, activities, calls, emails, chats, contacts, CRM records, campaigns, knowledge base content, and real-time sessions.
• Optional Write Access: 38 additional write-enabled tools let AI assistants create or update records, but write access is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by Daktela support plus per-role permissions.
• Ready-Made Prompts: Pre-built prompts for email quality audits, sales pipeline reviews, and call quality analysis help teams move from raw data to insight faster.

Setup Overview

The fastest way to get started is Hosted (Built-in) mode: the MCP server runs as part of your existing Daktela instance, so no installation is required – just generate an API access token (or sign in with OAuth 2.0) and point your AI client at https://YOUR_DOMAIN/mcp-server/mcp. Teams that need a custom deployment can instead self-host the open-source PHP package (Docker, PHP directly, or as an HTTP server for remote setups such as Google Cloud Run).
