This integration enables single sign-on (SSO) for Daktela using your on-premise Microsoft Active Directory. At login, Daktela performs a live LDAP bind against Active Directory in real time - there is no password caching - so agents sign in with their existing AD credentials instead of a separate Daktela password.
Key Features:
Usernames in Active Directory must match the corresponding Daktela usernames exactly. In Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, open Active Directory and click Configure. Enter the AD Host (hostname or IP address) and Domain, set the AD password lifetime, then click Activate. Finally, assign the configured host to each user under Manage > Users > List of Users by selecting it as their Verify type.
