This out-of-the-box integration automatically syncs your Contacts and Accounts from Raynet CRM into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. This keeps your Daktela CRM records aligned with the data in Raynet.
Setup takes around 15 minutes. An admin first creates an API key in Raynet: open the account dropdown menu in the top-right corner, go to Settings > API keys, click NEW API KEY, then select the User the sync should run as (make sure that user has access to Contacts and Accounts), add a description, and save to generate the key.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Raynet instance name (e.g., "mycompany" from mycompany.raynet.cz), the username (the email address of the user selected above), and the API key, then click Authorise and map the relevant CRM fields.
