Daktela is one of the largest SaaS companies in the Czech Republic, where for the 18th year it has been developing, delivering and fully operating the state-of-the-art Daktela Contact Centre platform for unified customer communication and customer experience management. Slovakian investment fund Sandberg Capital, which joined Daktela in 2021, has increased its stake to 65%. The move confirms Sandberg Capital's long-term confidence in the company's future expansion and growth.
Daktela currently operates in eight other markets besides the Czech Republic and is reporting a 20% year-on-year increase in licensing revenue.

Daktela, which started as a small family business, has evolved into a global player with more than 180 employees and offices across Europe. The modern AI platform is currently used by more than 1,200 companies worldwide.
