When it starts to pay off

When switching starts to pay off

Most companies do not replace their contact centre because it stopped working. They replace it when it starts holding them back.

  • Customer history is scattered

Agents hunt through three tools to find what was discussed last time.

  • A new channel means a new system

Chat, WhatsApp or social messages get bolted on separately instead of landing in the same queue.

  • Changes go through the vendor

A CRM connection or an IVR change becomes a purchase order and takes weeks.

  • You pay for a bundle, not for what you use

Licences cannot shrink when the team scales down seasonally.

  • AI is bought on the side

Call transcripts, chatbots or agent assistance are not part of the platform.

  • Support answers from another time zone

Replies arrive outside the hours your team actually works.

Migration

  3. 3
    Data migration and training

We move contacts and history; your team gets trained.

  4. 4
    Go live

Switch over in stages or all at once, with our support during ramp-up.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the switch take?
It depends on scope. A standard rollout is usually done in days, more complex integrations in weeks. You get a firm date at the end of the first consultation.
What happens to our data and history?
We migrate it. Contacts, communication history and recordings can be imported; anything you would rather not move stays where it is. Daktela's data runs on servers in Europe.
Do we have to change our CRM?
No. Daktela has an open API and many ready-made integrations, so we connect it to your existing CRM, ERP or e-shop.
Does Daktela make sense for a small team?
Yes — there is no minimum number of agents. Start with what you need today and add users and modules as you grow.
What if we have specific requirements?
Tell us during the consultation. With an open API and in-house development we handle non-standard integrations and process changes.
