This integration connects Daktela with the Abra information system, an ERP for medium to large companies that reliably covers all business processes. The integration works with Abra Flexi via its REST API.
It automatically pulls contacts, companies, and invoices from your Abra environment into Daktela. The sync is one-way (Abra → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your agents have the most current customer and financial data at their fingertips.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses a dedicated API user's credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Abra Flexi instance URL, along with the API username and password, to establish the connection and map the required fields.
