The Daktela Browser Extension for Google Chrome puts a full call-control panel in the browser toolbar, so agents can manage calls and their status without keeping the main Daktela application open.

Setup Overview
Users install the official Daktela extension from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to the toolbar, then open it and set the path to their contact center by entering their Daktela instance URL and logging in with their credentials.
The extension complements rather than replaces a softphone - Daktela recommends pairing it with the Desktop App for call audio.
