This out-of-the-box integration connects your Shoptet e-commerce store with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customers and companies.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (Shoptet → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, keeping your address book always up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to create a "Partner API Add-on" within your Shoptet admin interface to obtain an API key.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Shoptet store's URL and the API key to authenticate the connection.
